Calisthenics
I teach the basic bodyweight exercises that turn your body into a full-skill machine. As I am working my way to an extreme level, I want you to learn the simplest way to achieve your goals as fast as I did. All bodies are different, but we are the ones in control. Give yourself time and consistency and you’ll be able to go above and beyond with elite exercises.
Burn Class
This burn class is a high intensity fat burning circuit. This class will help you burn tons of calories and helps turn fat into muscle with these explosive exercises.
CrossFit
This class is a very high explosive circuit. This class is definitely for people who are working to build strength and endurance quickly and will improve overall athletic performance.
